How do you handle no-shows or caregivers who must cancel an assignment?

Our agency uses the newest technology that alerts the scheduling staff if our caregivers do not clock in at the appointed time for any unforeseen reason. A supervisor can immediately care for a client until the caregiver arrives, or we arrange a replacement. Using this method also allows us to bill accurately.
