Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Description: HOME HEALTH SMILES LLC is looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patients’ residences.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document patient care services by logging daily activities and reporting significant changes in patient’s condition.
• Adhere to professional standards, home care policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid HHA Certification.
• Previous experience in home care or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
