Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description: HOME HEALTH SMILES LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health and their requirements to create and implement a care plan.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Check and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure that patients receive the best care.
• Ensure that the nursing operational standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Florida.
• Proven nursing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
